This is a powerful 90 minute in-person session in Berlin, dedicated to your emotional wellbeing.
What is Emotional Release?
Neo Emotional Release is a unique and powerful approach designed to help individuals manage and release deeply rooted emotions, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life. If you are new to emotional release and somatic work you may not know that blocked emotions are behind much of today's dis-ease, chronic pain and recurring problematic life situations.
Why? Because we have been dealing with it by taking a pill, spending too much time on screens or not being able to shake bad habits like emotional eating or drinking too much. All these are symptoms of running away from uncomfortable emotions. Here lies the root cause in many instances.
How does it work?
Using a combination of verbal guidance, psychosomatic bodywork (touch) and expressive breath, we connect gently, loudly, with activation, with calm, with tears or just with silence. What is unique about emotional release is the therapeutic connectedness of mind, body, soul and emotions. Imagine something
like mixing breath work with talk therapy and the therapeutic touch of an osteopath or masseur. Using these core tools I guide you to deeply connect with your body, your emotions and your subconscious. You may experience sensations, have visualizations or connect with past memories.
The goal of each session is to allow, to accept, to witness and to feel everything that presents itself. I provide this space, but the healing comes from within you as you learn to face and not fear your emotional landscape.
Before our session we will have the opportunity to connect via zoom or a call. You will also be invited to fill in an on-boarding form and share what it is you’d like to work on so that I have a good understanding of your emotional, physical and lifestyle background.
Examples of things that you can work on:
- A particular emotion e.g. Shame/Anger/Sadness
- Relationship dynamics: At work, with a partner or family member
- You’ve identified a bad habit but don’t know what’s behind it
- You have been suffering from small or big physical problems: IBS, bad skin, cancer, stiffness, joint pain, recurring infections etc.

About Kim Klelund
Kim Klelund is a certified Emotional Release Facilitator and Transformative Life coach with a strong focus
on holistic wellbeing and empowerment.
Kim first introduced coaching tools to her thriving Interior Design business in 2019 when she realized that
her clients needed more help than just sprucing up their homes. In this intimate space she saw there were
many more problems simmering below the surface.
She has since pivoted her business to better align with her own skill-set and passions.
Kim now offers a number of lifestyle services, including 1:1 emotional release and coaching programs, as well as hosting talks, workshops, emotional release events and speaking.
Today Kim focuses her 20+ years of design
expertise in the form of consultations and mentorship over lengthy projects to allow more time to support
her clients with their emotional wellbeing and empowered personal growth. Kim works in English, German and Swedish.
