Shipping Policy for Physical Gift Cards in Germany

Shipping Methods and Times:

We offer standard shipping for all physical gift card orders within Germany. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times vary depending on the shipping address. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary based on factors such as customs processing, holidays, and unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for physical gift cards are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method. Customers will be able to view the shipping costs before completing their purchase.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship physical gift cards to addresses within Germany. We do not offer international shipping for physical gift cards.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your gift card package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with our shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and attempt to locate your package.

Returns and Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for physical gift cards unless the product is damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged gift card, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and receiving a replacement.
