It is a requirement by law to register your address with the authorities within 2 weeks of taking up your residency in Berlin.  It is also a very important step in your relocation process as becoming a registered resident is essential to open a bank account, get your tax ID number, apply for a residence permit, get a kita voucher and more.  It is your ticket to life in Germany.

It can be difficult to get appointments, but by using our service, we will make sure that we have an appointment ready for you in the first days you arrive so that you hit the ground running.
